Refund and Return Policy

Rias Baixas Import Export SL (hereinafter, "Saborty") guarantees its customers compliance with current consumer protection regulations regarding returns and the right of withdrawal.

1. Right of Withdrawal and Timeframe for Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return, provided that the product is non-perishable or falls outside the legal exceptions.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a non-perishable product suitable for return according to health and safety regulations.
  • Be in the exact same condition in which it was received: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Have all original seals and labels fully intact.
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Saborty will cover the associated collection and shipping costs, handling the issue swiftly and effectively to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

4. Exceptions and Restrictions

In accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, returns will not be accepted, and the right of withdrawal will not apply in the following cases, due to health, hygiene, and expiration reasons:

  • Perishable food products or goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Temperature-controlled products where the cold chain has been broken.
  • Products that have been unsealed, opened, or tampered with after delivery.
  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Gift cards.

5. Return and Exchange Process

To initiate a return, you must first contact us at info@saborty.com or by calling (+34) 986289143. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Except in cases involving defective products or errors made by Saborty, the direct costs of returning the product (shipping costs) shall be borne by the customer.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a non-perishable item, the fastest and most efficient method is to return the original item (following the procedure outlined above) and, once the return is accepted, make a separate new purchase for the desired item.

7. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund the corresponding amount using your original payment method. The refund will be completed within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. Please remember that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
